UK Delivery Services

1. Standard UK Delivery – £3.95

Our standard delivery service is available throughout the UK, including:

  • UK mainland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Sark & Herm
  • Isles of Scilly
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Guernsey
  • Jersey
  • Northern Ireland

Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days after your order has been placed.

Standard UK deliveries are sent through our trusted courier partners and are delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

During busy periods, seasonal promotions, or peak delivery times, couriers may occasionally deliver outside these hours.

Free UK Delivery Over £30

Customers can qualify for FREE standard UK delivery when their order value reaches £30 or more.

Free delivery terms:

  • Available only on standard UK delivery services.
  • The order total must be £30 or above after discounts have been applied.
  • Postage, packing, and additional delivery charges are excluded.
  • The offer applies to a single order delivered to one address.
  • Free delivery is not available with premium next-day delivery services.

Free standard deliveries are usually delivered between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Premium Next Day UK Delivery – £6.95

Our premium next-day delivery service provides faster delivery for customers who need their Herbal Choice Teas products quickly.

This service is available for UK mainland addresses only.

Delivery schedule:

  • Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 4:00 PM → Delivered the next working day.
  • Orders placed Friday before 4:00 PM → Delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Orders placed Friday after 4:00 PM → Delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Orders placed Saturday or Sunday → Delivered the following Tuesday.

During the Christmas period, this service may be replaced with an express delivery option to help ensure orders arrive before Christmas.

Premium Delivery Restrictions

Premium next-day delivery is not available for certain postcode areas, including:

AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW0-14, PA20-78, PH15-29, PH30-33, PH34-44, PH45-48 and PH49-50.

The following postcode areas may require up to 4 working days:

  • HS1-9
  • KW15-17
  • ZE1-3

Premium, next-day, and express deliveries are normally delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Order Tracking & Processing

All UK orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed over weekends are processed as follows:

  • Standard delivery orders → Processed on Tuesday (or Wednesday after a bank holiday Monday).
  • Premium next-day orders → Processed on Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday Monday).

Once your order has been dispatched, our courier partners provide tracking information so you can easily monitor and manage your delivery.

Missed Delivery Information

If you are unavailable between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, we recommend arranging delivery to an alternative address, such as your workplace.

If our courier attempts delivery and nobody is available, they will leave a card with instructions on how to:

  • Rearrange delivery
  • Collect your parcel

Any unclaimed or undelivered parcels will eventually be returned to our warehouse.

BFPO Address Deliveries

Deliveries to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses are charged at the standard UK delivery rate of £3.95.

Your parcel will be delivered to the BFPO sorting office. Unfortunately, tracking information may not be available after the parcel reaches the BFPO sorting office.

Herbal Choice Teas cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after delivery to a BFPO address.

International Herbal Tea Delivery

We provide international delivery for customers outside the UK at a flat rate of £18.99.

International orders usually arrive within up to 14 working days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Before placing an international order, customers should check whether importing herbal teas, supplements, or wellness products is permitted in their country.

For import regulations, please contact your local customs authority.

All international orders must include a valid contact telephone number to meet the requirements of our international delivery partners.
